1. Data we collect
To process your order we collect: name, email, phone, and shipping address. This information is used solely for order fulfillment and related communication.
When you visit the site, we automatically collect: IP address (for spam protection), browser technical data, and pages viewed. Unless you opt out, the Meta Pixel also records your visit and actions on the site (pages viewed, items added to cart, purchases) to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) to deliver your order, with Stripe to process your payment, and with Meta Platforms to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads (see sections 3 and 9).
3. Cookies
The site uses essential cookies for the cart and your language preference. Unless you opt out, it also uses Meta advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) to measure our ads. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are used only if you click "Got it" in the cookie notice. You can opt out of advertising cookies in the notice or in section 9 below; browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are opted out automatically.
4. Storage & security
Order data is stored in a secure database on U.S.-based servers. Only our staff has access. We do not store card details — payments are processed by a certified processor (Stripe).
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or complete deletion. Email info@elitecarmats.us with the subject "Privacy request".
California residents (CCPA) and EU residents (GDPR) have expanded rights regarding data access, portability, and deletion — all requests are processed within 30 days.
6. Children
This site is not intended for individuals under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have received such data, please contact us — we'll remove it within 72 hours.
7. Policy changes
We may update this policy. The last update date is shown at the top. For material changes, we'll also email customers with active orders.

9. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request that we delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information as defined by the CCPA and CPRA. We do not sell personal information. We do "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising: the Meta Pixel on this site and our server connection to Meta (Conversions API) send Meta your activity on the site and, when you order from us — on the site or through Facebook or Instagram messages — your contact details in hashed (encrypted) form (email, phone, name, city, state, ZIP) together with the order amount, so Meta can measure which ads led to purchases. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 16. You can opt out right here; we also honor Global Privacy Control.
You can also exercise your CCPA rights — including "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" for orders placed through messages — by emailing info@elitecarmats.us from the address on your order and we will respond within 45 days. We will never charge you, deny service, or change pricing because you exercised these rights.
