Floor mats engineered
for your car alone
Elite Car Mats is a premium American brand of custom-cut EVA floor mats. CNC-pattern precision, hand-stitched trim, made to order for your exact make and model.
Craftsmanship by design
Elite Car Mats was founded in 2026 in Rochester, New York by a Ukrainian-American craftsman who wanted mats worthy of the cars they protect — not the hollow rubber at big-box stores, not overpriced OEM carpet that wears through in a season.
The brief was simple: build what we'd put in our own cars. Medical-grade closed-cell EVA. Patterns cut on a CNC plotter to the millimeter. Perimeter trim double-stitched by hand on industrial machines. A metal brand badge on the driver's mat if you want one. No cut corners, no gimmicks.
We're a new house with an old-world approach to the work. We launched with 800+ vehicle patterns already digitized so most American drivers can order their exact set on day one. If yours isn't in our catalog, we'll pattern it for you — that's what custom actually means.
What defines the brand
Precision fit
Patterns cut to within ±2 mm of the exact floor geometry of your model. Your mats sit like OEM — no gaps, no pedal interference.
Premium EVA
Density of 75–80 kg/m³ — 1.5× more than budget rubber. Closed-cell honeycomb structure contains up to 1.5 liters of moisture and dirt.
Hand-stitched
Perimeter trim is sewn by hand on industrial machines with heavy-tensile polyester thread. No heat-welds — only a proper thread seam that holds up for years.
Factory-direct
We pattern it, cut it, stitch it, ship it. Between our Rochester workshop and your car there's nothing but a kraft mailer and FedEx — no middlemen, no markups.
Why EVA
Ethylene-vinyl acetate is the polymer behind Nike midsoles, orthopedic insoles, and marine-grade life vests. A material engineered for extreme loads turns out to be ideal for a car interior that sees salt, mud, and temperature swings every day.
EVA doesn't absorb water, salt, or de-icing chemicals. It doesn't crack at −40°F or deform at 160°F. It weighs 3× less than rubber and doesn't give off the rubbery smell you get from discount mats in a closed cabin.
