Question 1

Will these mats actually fit my Mitsubishi Expo?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every set is hand-cut to a dedicated pattern for your model and year. Pick the year on this page, place the order, and the pattern is matched to your exact trim. If something doesn't sit right when you receive it, we'll re-cut it free.

Question 2

What is the material?

Accepted Answer

Premium closed-cell EVA foam, ~10 mm thick. Doesn't absorb water, doesn't crack in cold, doesn't fade in sun, doesn't off-gas a chemical smell. The honeycomb pattern traps water, snow, salt and dirt instead of pushing it back onto the carpet underneath.

Question 3

How long does it take to make?

Accepted Answer

Usually 2–3 business days. Once cut, the set ships the same or next day from our Rochester, NY workshop. In busy periods production can take longer — if it does, we'll contact you right after your order with the exact date.

Question 4

How fast will I get my order?

Accepted Answer

USPS / UPS to all 50 states — $15 flat, free on orders of $200 or more. Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the package leaves us.

Question 5

How do I clean them?

Accepted Answer

Pull them out, hose them down, and let them dry. EVA doesn't soak up water, so there's no waiting for fabric to dry. Mild soap is fine for stubborn dirt — no harsh solvents, no power-washer at point-blank range.

Question 6

What if something is wrong?

Accepted Answer

30-day return policy and a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a mat doesn't fit or arrives with a flaw, email info@elitecarmats.us and we'll re-cut or refund — your call.
