What is the material?

Premium closed-cell EVA foam, ~10 mm thick. Doesn't absorb water, doesn't crack in cold, doesn't fade in sun, doesn't off-gas a chemical smell. The honeycomb pattern traps water, snow, salt and dirt instead of pushing it back onto the carpet underneath.

How long does it take to make?

Production takes 2–3 business days. Once cut, the set ships the same or next day from our Rochester, NY workshop.

How fast will I get my order?

Free USPS Priority shipping to all 50 states — typically 2–4 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the package leaves us.

How do I clean them?

Accepted Answer

Pull them out, hose them down, and let them dry. EVA doesn't soak up water, so there's no waiting for fabric to dry. Mild soap is fine for stubborn dirt — no harsh solvents, no power-washer at point-blank range.
